Exit in relaxed arch 2. COA, announce altitude wait for corrective signals or OK. 3. Perform three practice ripcord touches (PRCTs), maintaining a good, stable body position 4. COA, announce altitude, wait for corrective signals or OK. 5. Lock on at 6,000 feet and begin wave off at 5,500 feet, pull without prompting by 4,500 feet 6.
