Tips for Great Service
Are Always Appreciated ...
... But Never Expected.

A TRIAL POLICY INITIATIVE

1. Customer tips are voluntary and never solicited. The word, "tips," is never to be mentioned by a staff member.
2. All tips are part of sub-contractor income and should be reported for tax purposes.
3. Since there are components of our drop zone staffing that do not have access to customer interaction, sharing tips is always appreciated but never required.
4. Discussion of tips received among the staff is discouraged.

NOTE: Tipping as a dropzone policy is intended to recognize that our staff always does more than our customers expect and to facilitate extra remuneration when customers initiate the tip on their own. We do intend to passively encourage tipping (a few small signs), but under no condition will we accept solicitations on the part of staff members. So please work with drop zone management on this policy to see that it becomes a standing policy for the future.
