| 1. | All FJCs must be a minimum of four hours and conducted professionally using the approved USPA curriculum.. |
| 2. | All changes and suggestions to the USPA curriculum should be submitted in writing to an S&TA. |
| 3. | All new AFF Instructors or USPA coaches should be given a drop zone "Orientation" and a thorough discussion with an S&TA. |
| 4. | All AFF skydives should follow the "Anatomy" guidelines as a minimum |
| 5. | Only AFF Instructors may conduct "Method-Specific " portions |
| 6. | All USPA Instructional Rating holders may conduct "Non-Method Specific" portions |
| 7. | "Under the supervision of a USPA Instructor" is defined as utilizing USPA's Situational Leadership system. New coaches may be assigned to an instructor who will exercise directive supervision and be responsible for that Coach's performance. Each phase transition from S1 to S4 should be logged by the instructor and reviewed annually. Oversight of the process and conflict resolution will be the responsibility of our S&TAs working with drop zone management. |
| 8. | No student should make a jump in the next category until all training and documentation is complete for all previous categories. This rule is assessed by review of the student's log and USPA four-page A-License Proficiency Card. |
| 9. | Any A-license proficiency card sign-offs that were actually not performed could result in disciplinary action. |
| 10. | After every jump, the student's log, UPSA yellow card, and the drop zone's master log must be filled out promptly. |
